The cost of delivery depends on your distance from our warehouse Sunshine North and factors in the labour it involves for unloading the goods to your front yard. Delivery prices will be calculated at checkout for Victorian Residence. Bare in mind, all goods are only delivered to the front yard.

We are a supplier and can introduce you to several trades and professional installers to give you a quote on the services you require. Please note we are not affiliated with the installers, and any installation concerns are to be brought up with the installer directly.

Yes, we can offer all our products at wholesale and trade prices provided you meet the criteria. Please apply in stores.
We will offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days for all unopened and unused products in brand new and re-sellable condition for change of mind purchases, less a 25% handling charge. Delivery fees are not refundable, once the delivery has commenced.
All custom size orders are final sale and no refund or exchanges will be offered unless the product is deemed faulty.

For any faulty or damaged items that are found upon receiving the product are to be advised within 14 days with clear photos of the defect.

Yes we do custom sizes, we can cut the length of the turf to any size you require. Note, the cut size can not be larger than the length or width of a full size roll.
