I went to see Smiling Rock to purchase turf for my courtyard. From the outset the staff were incredibly helpful and obliging and drew a diagram to show how they had calculated the amount of turf required and how to place it. I had exactly the right amount with minimal left over. The delivery was seamless and on time. The turf itself was of fantastic quality and cheaper than what I would have paid at Bunnings. It was easy to lay and I couldn't be happier with the result

Based on Zac's reference I chose Dekan Turf to install artificial turf in my backyard. I chose 40mm Spring turf supplied by Smiling rock, and I know why Zac recommended Dekan turf, because their work is spot on. My backyard is functional and looks great. I highly recommend Smiling rock for great quality artificial grass.

Best prices and service in Melbourne. I have used them now for synthetic grass and for laminate flooring and have been wrapped with the quality every time. AMAZING !! honestly 5 stars isnt enough for these guys they did such an amazing job ! i just moved into my new house and the backyard was all dirt and rocks and rubbish and not safe at all for my 5 month old pup Max. These guys completely transformed my backyard in just a couple of days and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with ! we now have perfect green grass and a sand pit for the pup dig in, could not be happier !! anyone looking to get landscaping done i highly highly recommend these guys 😊

Zach makes sure you’re 110% with their work.
If not, they will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re satisfied.
Considering they’re a young, small business, they’re workmanship and professionalism, is one of a big franchise,without the price tag.
I would recommend Smiling Rock to anyone out there, looking for their lawn to be done to PERFECTION.

We came across Smiling Rock on Instagram a few months ago when trying to find artificial turf suppliers in Melbourne to plan our project. We visited their warehouse in Sunshine North which was open on a Saturday and found they had a large range of good quality artificial turf to choose from. In the end we selected Supreme 40mm as it looked the most natural and was quite lush underfoot.We asked about installation while at the warehouse and we were promptly contacted the same day to arrange a time to quote. Zac was very accommodating and was able to meet on our schedule which ended up being after hours one night. He provided some guidance and ideas into the design including, very importantly, the direction the grass would be laid as to achieve the most natural finish.True to his word he sent through the quote the next day, and we locked the team in to start in a couple of weeks time. As part of the job we also requested that our existing garden was demolished - this meant pulling up old pavers and removing old artificial grass, plus levelling out the uneven ground so we could achieve a smooth finish with the new grass. A lot of prep work was required!We had 2-3 of the team at our place for 4 days. The guys turned up punctually by 7:30am every day and worked really hard until 5-6pm. Gavin, Zac and Silvia were meticulous with our requirements which included a border of brick pavers around the grass and some very tricky angles requiring lots of bricks to be cut. The ground was smoothed and levelled and the grass looks fab. They also left the site clean and tidy.The project turned out beautifully and we now have a gorgeous, safe, functional space in our garden. Thanks so much Zac, Gavin and Silvia!

My Experience with Smiling Rock was excellent, it went extremely smooth and hassle free. We had minimal knowledge and Zac who looked after was very informative, had extensive knowledge and was very accommodating. We did not feel any pressure throughout the whole process. His service was exceptional from beginning to end.

He recommended Neil, a landscaper to lay the stone who did a fantastic job, nothing was a bother.

It's funny how facebook could read minds...

I was just looking for quotes on Artificial Grass and these guys popped up... I live all the way in Geelong and prices here for Arti lawn is really expensive here.
So I decided to source it from a supplier from Melb City.

These guys are the only ones willing to answer my constant questions, constant calls and text and yet the young guy zac have always been polite and very helpful in every occasion. Definitely recommend! Look for Zac guys! i felt so comfortable dealing with Zac.
